This is the first floor of a duplex. The house is 100 years old, so it has some imperfections, but it also has the beautiful charm of a century home.
– Master bedroom has a new king mattress and new high-quality linens
– “Boys” room has two twin beds with pirate decor and a full-sized crib, as well as a desk
– “Girls” room has twin beds and Disney Frozen decor
– Bathroom has a tub and shower. Decent shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and even baby shampoo provided.
– All high quality sheets and towels
– The back yard also has a nice picnic table area, a fire pit, and a BBQ grill, so you can enjoy the outdoors
– The front porch is private for the first floor unit and provides a perfect space to enjoy morning coffee/tea (both provided).
– The dining table seats six comfortably, but we also provide a childrens’ table, making this a wonderful place for a long-term stay with kids.
Enter the home through the door on the back of the house.
This is a family home. We don’t allow parties, smoking, drugs, pets, or noisy groups. Because the house is a duplex, we ask all guests to be respectful of the others’ on the property. We usually have kids in at least one of the two units.
