The house is a remodeled 100+ year old home. It’s a triplex, and this unit is the first floor. We put in new appliances, updated plumbing, etc, but it still has the creaks and quirks of an older home. If you love the charm of older homes, you’ll be happy here. If imperfect windows bother you, it’s not your place.
The unit has three bedrooms, a large dining room, a large living room, a kitchen with all-new appliances, and a front porch. The shared basement has two large new washer/dryers. The shared back yard has a fire pit, grill, and Adirondack chairs.
The home is in a beautiful residential area. There’s enough room for two cars in the garage and one next to it, so we allow one car per rental in the driveway. Additional cars will have to park on the street.
