The pool and hot tub are private.
* The previous owner had pets. The house is entirely hardwood floors and has been deep cleaned. If you’re highly sensitive to pet smells, you may notice it.
* The house doesn’t have city water. At certain times of year, the water has a sulfur smell. We provide jugs of bottled water at no charge for cooking/drinking. The water is perfectly safe to drink but you may prefer to drink the bottled water provided.
