This is the second floor unit of a triplex. Full kitchen, large dining room with gorgeous windows, large living room. Big bedroom with King bed, dresser, and desk. Second room with two twin beds. Basement is shared for the triplex, and has a free washer/dryer. Front porch is private. Back yard is shared.
Private access for each unit with smart lock. This unit has a private front porch. The back yard is shared space. The hot tub is shared for the three units. Outdoor seating with grill is shared. Plenty of privacy in the large, spacious unit and front porch, with great outdoor options.
The house is a triplex, so please assume there will be other cars coming in/out of the driveway. You can park one car behind the house. If you have additional cars, you must park those on the street. Please do NOT block the driveway or block in other cars. If you have a large vehicle, you may want to park on the street.
