🛠 The house is 100 years old—it’s got personality! That means creaky floors, the occasional tripped breaker, and an HVAC system that works but isn’t lightning fast.
🚗 Parking is limited to one car per unit—bring one, not three.
💰 Bottom line: You’re getting way more than a hotel room—more space, more comfort, and way more amenities. But if you’re expecting a brand-new, single-family home, those go for 2-4x the price. Love old homes? Appreciate a great deal? Then this might just be your perfect stay.

The whole first floor of this house is yours.
– Private entry with a secure coded-deadbolt via the stairwell on the side of the house.
– Everything you see in the photos (interior) is your space.
– The front porch is just for you and your group.
– The basement is a share space where you can use the two sets of laundry machines as needed.
– The driveway is a shared space. Please be careful not to block other cars in/out. We often host nurses at this home. They may arrive/leave at any hour. If you block the driveway and we cannot reach you, we may tow your car at your expense so the other guests can get to work.
– There is only parking for ONE vehicle. We do not have an alternate parking space for other cars. If you have more than one vehicle, you are responsible for finding a place to park your other vehicle.
This house is a triplex. There are three private rentals (one on each floor), each with private access to their own unit.
1. Quiet hours are 9 pm to 7 am. Please manage your noise levels assuming that the other guests have sleeping babies during those hours.
2. The driveway is tight and parking is limited to one car per unit. No oversized work trucks. (Family SUV’s are fine, as long as you’re good at maneuvering)
3. You might hear other guests. This house is priced significantly lower than the cost of a single family home, because you might hear other guests during the day, especially if they have children. We provide a white-noise machine but it can only do so much. If you can’t stand the sound of other people talking / walking on the floor above/below you, this isn’t the place for you.
